Terms and timelines

  • The time for crediting a refund to a card is usually up to 7 banking days after the decision (the actual term depends on the issuing bank and the payment system); for ERIP — within the terms set by the "Raschet" system.
  • A refund for a subscription is made for the unused (unrendered) period; for digital services already actually rendered and accepted, a refund may not be made for the rendered part.
  • For the personal installation/setup service in Minsk, a refund is possible before its actual provision begins; afterwards — for the part not covered by the work performed.
  • No refund is made if the service was rendered properly and the payer declines it for reasons unrelated to defects in the service (given the specifics of a digital product).
  • The refund amount is paid in Belarusian rubles (BYN). Bank/payment-system fees for the transfer are not subject to refund.
Pay by bank card or via ERIP — securely, in BYN.Payment methods →
